Brizy Websites not connecting to high level profiles - Unable to contact support!

My name is Jimena Ortiz I'm part of DearDoc's Website Design team.
We have noticed some websites we have designed and edited on your platform are not connecting to our highlevel profiles. We have tested multiple options to ensure highlevel as well as DearDoc is well connected to the platform. However we can only tell so far that Brizy.io is the only other thing we noticed we don't have any control of.
Here's a couple examples:

If there's nothing wrong we'd appreciate your feedback as well as if you can find anything please let us know so we can inform our customers.
We've tried reaching out to support and also sending emails but unfortunately, we haven't been able to reach anyone that can help us out and the issue is still unresolved. We would really appreciate it if we were able to contact someone for support.

First of all, I have checked the website you sent and all of them seem to be working just fine. Second of all, can you please describe your problem with more details? What exactly is the issue and since when did you encounter it? Do you use Brizy Cloud or Brizy for WordPress? Hope to hear from you soon!
