Brizy Login Element Error

I have installed and re-installed the Brizy Login Element on both pop-ups and post pages and each time I attempt to test the page (on an incognito page) I get "An Error Has Occurred". I am quite certain I have it set up correctly.

  Hi Michael,

  can you please confirm that we are talking about the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.3.21. and PRO 2.3.16? Once confirmed, I will create a private ticket for you and we will inspect the issue on your dashboard.
