No comments on posts?

I've searched through the forums but can't find a solution to my problem.  Basically I can't get comments on any of my blog posts. You can follow some posts off the homepage here and see what I mean:

Would love some advice, please.

  You can add the comments section to your posts template Using the Comments element: https://jmp.sh/aC4hSCG

  And you can specify which comments to use: https://jmp.sh/tiqYNWJ
