I paid almost $50 dollars for a Brizy Cloud account where is it,? I was not upgraded.

    Sorry for the late reply, support is limited on weekends.

    The refund for reference# for the $29 dollar personal, has been already processed. I can, therefore, confirm that you will receive the refund within 1-3 working days. Also, you have already access to all the Brizy Pro future, everything works well. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
