I paid almost $50 dollars for a Brizy Cloud account where is it,? I was not upgraded.

I brought a personal for $29 Friday, but needed hosting.

S I brought the $47 Brizy cloud today but it is not giving me access.  It took my money, but no service.  

I would like a refund of the personal $29 dollar site and upgraded to the Brizy Cloud pro for 47 dollars please.
