"Something went wrong" error
I am having this problem also. And I think it does not help matters for support personnel here to private inbox or open a ticket for an error that is very prevalent among users. Instead of apparently expecting each of us to open a ticket why not post the solution here for the benefit of all? It is a complete waste of time to open a ticket and wait for a response when the solution could be placed here. I don't get it.

There is no exact solution for this problem, we need to log in to our account and find this issue in your dashboard. We have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Please send us in that private message the WP credentials to this site.

Update: The old problem with our WordFence friends - https://wordpress.org/support/topic/ajax-requests-blocked/
Fixed by installing the WordFence plugin and disabling 2 old Brizy rules.
