Brizy generated image url (on image resizing/customisation)

Hello team,

For my hinjawadi.in website as we are investigating image issue, we discovered an observation from gumlet.com who identified why the image is not showing up.

We are using a combination of following tools: Brizy Pro + Swift Performance + Gumlet.com CDN. As we checked with Gumlet team, they identified that Gumlet is unable to recognize brizy image url. Below is extract from gumlet team's response.

Any soln to this?

Seems like its a compatibility issue with brizy media. Look at the image URL

You can not pass the image name inside the query parameter. It should be like your other URLs.

Please use the normal URLs like above and it will resolve your issue.

  Thank you for your message.

  This is how the custom image works right now in Brizy. If you want to use the original image URL, please use the WordPress size for images - https://jmp.sh/dU4YE8c

  Noted Natalia. Which means all who probably use Gumlet, should note that Brizy won't work with Gumlet CDN. Thanks. Noted.

  Btw, the url   https://jmp.sh/dU4YE8c  is giving 404 error. Pls resend. thanks.

  Sorry for delayed response. The funny part is image URLs are ok on home page of hinjawadi.in and are not like the dynamic urls which gumlet.com cannot use.The issue comes with the project level urls.

  Home page has some 30 projects listed in the grid. If you open this project link: https://hinjawadi.in/signature-park-by-shree-sonigara-realcon-hinjewadi-hinjawadi/ , you will notice the images on this and likewise all project pages are the ones which take a different form making gumlet unable to decipher them and so they appear blank. It would be wonderful if the project level URLs also take the same format as seen on the home page of hinjawadi.in.

  Try to make a test, insert a random image as an Original image, let me know if it will be displayed in this https://hinjawadi.in/signature-park-by-shree-sonigara-realcon-hinjewadi-hinjawadi/ page.
