Server sync and HTML question

hi,

I just used server sync to connect the website to another domain name.

Realized that 404 page doesn't show on this site. 

here is a site address.

https://www.agitated-hodgkin.135-148-83-212.plesk.page/

So, with the server sync and HTML doesn't work 404 page? How to fix this issue?

  Did you follow all the steps from this page screen? On what page you should have a 404-page error? Could you please give us more details about your previous actions?

  Yep, I did follow exactly the same step.

  Here is a link,https://www.agitated-hodgkin.135-148-83-212.plesk.page/

  I used server sync. When I type in random sub URL, https://www.agitated-hodgkin.135-148-83-212.plesk.page/sdlkfsf, it doesn't go to the 404 page.

  Hi Erin,

  It is possible that your hosting server has a mechanism to redirect all incorrect URLs to the site homepage. The hosting server redirects possibly override the Brizy Cloud Page Not Found redirect. This could be the reason why your Page Not Found page does not show up.
  You could check with your hosting company if they redirect all incorrect URLs to the site homepage
