I have two plans active, I want to remove one

Hello, I have two active subscriptions one is a studio plan and another is an agency plan when I generate a new license it generates a studio license I want to generate an agency license or can I just remove the studio license from my account? (without getting a refund)

Also, the agency license offers me VIP Support how can I contact them?
