Editor won't load...

Hi all,

 

My brizy editor wont load: it keeps spinning.

Deactivated all plugins, still nothing. What to do?

  Hello,

  Thank you for your message.

  Please make sure that you are using the latest Brizy plugin versions, which are 2.3.20 for Brizy free and 2.3.15 for Brizy Pro. Try to fully reinstall plugins (deactivate, remove, install again), then clear the website cache and check your page again. Let us know if all is working fine.

  Yes somehow the reinstall was with version 2.3.14 but it is working again. Thank you for your quick response.
