I've activated the Brizy plugin but have no access to it's features.

  Thank you for your message.

  Could you, please,  confirm that you are using the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.3.20 and Brizy Pro 2.3.15? Please see this video, hope it will help.  Also, could you please give us more details about the problem that you encountered?
