Hi Ken,
Thank you for your message.
Could you please give to us more details regarding the problem you encounter? When did you find it? What were your previous actions? How did you publish the site?
Do you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.3.20 and Brizy Pro 2.3.15?
Could you please check if you don't have a template that was applied to all pages? Could you please go to Brizy -> Template and check if you have there some templates? If you have some templates, please check all of them. If you will find a template with such a Display Condition "Include -> Pages -> All", please delete this condition and update the template. See here https://jumpshare.com/v/FJvn00e2AvAQqKWvoU0gBest regards, Nelea.

Hi Nelea,
The web application was fresh new installed and setup, started from WordPress 5.8 & PHP 7.4.
I installed Brizy Free 2.3.20 plugin only. Here were my actions to edit the page:
- added a new page, input page title then click "Publish" button to save and publish to public immediately.
- click "Edit with Brizy" button then jump into Brizy editor.
- after created some elements in Brizy editor, saved the page, I only see a white blank page on view/preview mode but all content still can see and modify inside Brizy editor.
More information:
- The page link is correct.
- No error in browser console tab.
- I do not use brizy template.
My software versions:
WordPress 5.8
PHP 7.4.23
MySQL 5.7
Brizy Free 2.3.20
Brizy Pro not yet installThank you!

Hi Ken,
Thank you for all these details!
We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the WP credentials to this site? We have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?
Best regd, Nelea.

If Brizy included the solution to these kinds of problems instead of ending the discussion, like this example, you would save both your time and ours from having to ask you the same question . Thanks much.

Hi
Unfortunately, the solution to the problem is different for each user.
The above user had problems with his server, so we receive these errors for our editor requests: cURL error 7: Failed to connect to compiler.brizy.io port 80: Connection refused.
More information you can find here about this problem - https://stackoverflow.com/questions/45554344/curl-7-failed-to-connect-to-port-80-and-443-on-one-domain;
We advised the user to contact the hosting provider, send them these errors https://jmp.sh/ZNaFy1Q, and ask them to inspect this configuration from their side.Hope this will help.
Best regards,
Nelea.

Thank you, Nelea. I have none of these error messages. This is what happens in WP using pro:
I have the latest update to both Brizy plugins (free & pro). When I try to edit a page (Return Policy) using Brizy the page content disappears. This effects just this one page.
If I deactivate the Brizy plugin, I can recover my page information from WP backups and all my content is there but as soon as I reactivate the Brizy Plugins the information disappears again. As a workaround, I copied the page contents, reactivated Brizy, used a Text Element, pasted the info in and saved. This works but a hassle.
Any ideas on how to fix

Hi Stan,
When you edit any page with Brizy, you will always see a blank page. Any content added to the page in Gutenberg will be lost. This is the expected normal behavior. Please do not edit pages developed using Gutenberg with Brizy.
To add a new page using Brizy you can follow these steps
- Add a new page and give it a name and publish it
- Then click on 'Edit with Brizy' and add your content in Brizy
If you have already added content in Gutenberg, either you could copy the content from the page frontend and paste it into Brizy or you could develop a Brizy Template for pages.
Please let us know how you have setup your project and what you are trying to accomplish. If you can make a screen recording, that would be useful. We will give you further instructions after hearing from you.
