  Hey Roberto, 

  Thanks for following up. We send an email right when you make the purchase with the required info we need to start the on boarding process for the Brizy Cloud Agency. 

  Is it possible for the email to get into your spam maybe ? please check. From what I see in our system the email was sent right after your purchase was done. I've send it to you again right now from our hello@brizy.io email. Please reply to that.

  Related to your next bill mention that when you reply, I'll talk with my colleague Alex to add another month on your account to cover the gap ok ?
