Images dont load

Many images on the sites that are built using brizy won't load. I am getting a broken image icon (This happens on multiple sites built on brizy). When i try to upload new image, the upload window won't also load.

Please provide a solution fast as these are client sites.

  Hello,

  Thank you for your message.

  Please make sure that you are using the latest Brizy plugin versions, which are 2.3.20 for Brizy free and 2.3.15 for Brizy Pro. Try to fully reinstall plugins (deactivate, remove, install again). Clear the website cache and check again if you can upload the image.

  Hi,
  yes the plugins are the latest versions. I also tried changing the image to 'custom' and 'original' in the new settings.  I am attaching screenshots of the builder (where the images are loading) and the published page( where its broken)

  Hi,

  Sorry, but in the first video you show that you can not upload the image in the builder, and now you are showing that you don't have an image in the preview mode. Regarding the second problem, please disable all plugins, except Brizy, and check again this issue. Let me know if it works.
