Leads - How to Delete
Hello:
I am having problems deleting leads. I see the option "Move to trash" and I select that and it does not move anything to the trash. I do not even see where the "trash" would be located.
Any pointers are appreciated. The site is up to date with the latest Brizy versions.
Thanks,
Jim

Hi Jim,
Please make sure that you are using the latest Brizy plugin versions, which are 2.3.20 for Brizy free and 2.3.15 for Brizy Pro. Try to fully reinstall plugins (deactivate, remove, install again) Clear the website cache and try to delete again the leads. If it doesn't work, please send us a video you the problem that you encounter.
Best regards, Nelea.

Hi Nelea:
No those things did not work.
I do not see how to send a video in this string.
Thanks,
Jim

Hi Jim,
Please disable all plugins, except Brizy (Free and Pro), and check again this issue. You can do a video with Jumpshare and send us the link.
Best regards, Nelea.

Hi Nelea:
Okay, so I disabled all plugins except for Brizy and Brizy Pro. That seemed to do the trick as the leads went to the trash.
So now, how do I delete the trash?
Also, is this a hiccup with the Leads or will I have to do this every time?
Thanks,
Jim

Hi Jim,
Any contact form that is connected with an app integration saves the Leads in your WordPress admin. This is accessible in your WP Admin > Brizy > Leads section, see here. So, the issue is from one plugin, you should disable all the plugins one by one and check which plugin caused this problem, and do not connect it again so that errors do not occur.
Best regards, Nelea.

@Jim: you can delete the trashed leads using this URL: https://<your domain>/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=editor-form-entry&post_status=trash
Replace <your domain> in the URL with your domain name`
@brizy: please add a button to the leads screen to access the trash on the leads page
