  May I ask you what is your example image from? 

  In Brizy you can add the Hover Effect to Row settings and any other element https://jmp.sh/aKWtGcC.

  I think you didn't understand what I meant, not how to add a hover effect, but how to achieve the height of the entire rectangle!

  Hello,

  Thank you for your message.

  You should first downland an image with the map which will have some whitespace around the map, then you need to use this image for the block background. After that please insert a 5 column row into the block, give each column an overlay color and apply some transparency, and then use the spacer element to stretch the columns to full height.
