Cannot publish a new page

Hello,

this subdomain page (http://humancomunica.paineldeprivacidade.com.br/) looks all regular, but when launching it I get this error: "Project was not found"

 

and the URL becomes this: http://humancomunica.paineldeprivacidade.com.br/?system_page_access_token=$2y$10$naM1C1pXtXWs3mp85s2fteWjFoKdPkguEXeP5fwhPfCEskqtHVDAC

 

PS. I know the https will become active in a while. But the website doesn't open at all.

  Why did this happen? In case it happens again, should I just wait for how long?

  Hi,

  it is difficult to suppose any cause. If the problem occurs again, please contact us to see what happens. I assume it's related to DNS settings if you use a custom domain and if so, once you have published the site, you should not have such a problem anymore.
