some errors

I'm inquiring about some errors.

1. Two to three seconds after the website opens, one faint vertical line is created and the right area of the line stops. You can't make any choices. I'm attaching a picture.

 

2. I made a link insertion block and added it on the basic block. However, when the proportion of homepages is reduced or increased, the proportion of link insertion blocks is not moved, but only the basic photo block is moved, breaking the balance of the screen. Please tell me the solution.

 

3. If I update the bridge, can I use the existing homepage as it is?

  From inspect tool I see that there is a popup on this page, however this is not visible. Have you added any popup on your front page?

  We solved the first problem. Thank you. Please provide a solution to problem 2. There is an additional problem number 3. The font changes when you open it as an Internet Explorer among browsers connecting the homepage. How do I solve this problem?

  1. I just checked "Projects" page and I see that everything is displayed correctly here: View screenshot. 
  2. What IE version are you using?

  The browser you are using is Chrome. However, if you open the website as an Internet Explorer, the font or ratio will change. I want to solve the difference.
