Domain not resolving
Hi my brizy site is not resolving. I followed your instructions Re: adding a record (namecheap) and doing dns redirect (bestfreightlogistics.com) but keep getting page not found error. Even when I go to my brizy subdomain (bestfreight.brizy.site) I get the same thing…
pls help as namecheap says there’s nothing that can be done on their side.
thank you

Hi Ben,
it seems that you did not add the A record and the CNAME record correctly, or you have another A record for this domain: https://jmp.sh/nTgVFrJ Please make sure you have added these records correctly as explained in the following articles and that you have a green color in the project publishing settings:
A record: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Custom-domain-A-Record-Redirect-
CNAME record: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360026046931-Custom-sub-domain-CNAME-Redirect-0 -
Looks like namecheap may have removed it because I contacted their support for help and explained the situation but they made it seem like the issue was on brizy’s side and asked if I was okay with them assessing the issue. I had entered the a record pronto but as you mentioned it wasn’t there when you checked. In either event, it’s b back on now but still not working. If you can kindly let me know what’s the problem I’d appreciate it. Thanks

Hi,
now I can see your page and works well: https://jmp.sh/nQcelAr Try to clear your browser cache and check again. Please also make sure that the CNAME record has not been affected because I do not see it.
