    Hi Nelea,

    I realise that there's no support on a Sunday, but this commercial site is in New Zealand and the site was down for all of Monday.

    This caused upset with a client who was expecting their site to work (obviously). You left us in a very difficult position, with no knowledge of when the site would function properly.

    Is there anything we can do in the future to get the support we need to service our clients properly?

    I can't find it acceptable to let people down and then have no answers for them while their commercial site is off-line, you see?

    Hi Ross,

    Yes, support is limited on weekends. Unfortunately, when in New Zealand was Monday in our country it was still Sunday. So, today we tried to help you at the first hour in the morning, please try to understand us too that the time zone is different in every country and the answers will not always be on the same day.
