Synching in progress
Can not Download HTML for https://www.hec-worldwide.com/, I tried multiple times and now the error "Synching in progress" appears on every page.
If this is due to CSS additions, I don't know what page its on.
I have tried with different browsers and cleaned cache.

The Error Message Seems to have stopped, however I am still unable to download the HTML. Please help me download the HTML. If I try again I am sure the error will return.

Hi Kevin,
"Synching in progress" usually occurs when using Server Sync. So which option do you use - Export HTML or Server Sync? Do you have an error message or does nothing happen when you click on the option? Do you have the same problem with other projects or only with this specific project?

It goes through the entire process, then either it never asks to download the zip or it creates a "project".zip file that just has the standard files for a blank project. Thank you for following up

The other project does the same thing, but it's a small one that is no longer needed and produces the same results just faster.

Hi,
it was a bit difficult to find your project considering it is not related to this email. It's in another account. I saw that it is published with a custom domain so you do not use Server Sync. The problem seems to be with HTML Export. Do you have any custom code added to the project? Custom CSS or Custom JS?

That's a problem with your system. I changed the email address the first week I had it and your system never figure it out. I can not do anything about it the issue is on your end. Please fix that too. It's been more then 10 months. This email address is related only to hecworldwide and hecinflatables subdomain. The hecworldwide one is in question.

Also you're are asking questions I already answered. But that again may be the system. It did this before. I answer the questions you ask in email and they don't all show up.

I confirm the problem with Export HTML on your project and a developer is already looking into it. It's a big project with around 50 pages and a lot of assets. There could be several reasons so we will need some time to inspect. Sorry for the created inconvenience.

Update, since the Scheduled Maintenance, the Archives No Longer Show Up.

That's not a fix for this. It happens on all devices all, browsers all, internet and I have discovered it's intermittent. It seemed to be getting better, but the archiving is not working as it did before. The existing pages with archive seemed to have worked themselves out or they are less intermittent.

Please give us more details on how we can see the problem on your site. I asked you to clear the cache because a dynamic content fix was recently added to the cloud.

Yes that is the Page. The Problem is intermittent. Those Products will disappear and just a long random number appears.

I will send an example when I can. Whats the status on the original issue can not download to html files. .
