Pop Up Form Connection Hanging

Hi I'm running Brizy WP Pro and made a pop-up form. When I click the plug button:

It just hangs forever.

  I'm sorry but we can't reproduce the problem. Could you, please, check if you are using the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.3.18 and Brizy Pro 2.3.14?
