    Hello,

    Thank you for your message!

    Can you please provide us the code that you use to embed the element? And describe step by step how you did it? At the same time, clear the cache and make sure you have the latest versions of Brizy: Free 2.3.18 and Pro 2.3.14 . Hope to hear from you soon!

    Kind regards,

    Doina

    Yep, done all the troubleshooting steps. I'm going to take this opportunity to remind your team once more - to better improve your support forum by adding basic troubleshooting steps, maybe checkmarks, to confirm users have a) most recent updates b) tried turning off all plugins and use default theme, c) cleared their browser and site cache. Because it's exhausting probably for both parties to have to ask and answer the same basic questions each time. Include a guide of what to do before writing it. Then we can get to actually troubleshooting the real issue. And save you a whole bunch of time.

    If you check the source (Ctrl+U on chrome) and search for "TuCalendi" you'll see the code. Nevertheless, here it is:

    <!-- TuCalendi Widget -->
    <div id="tucalendi_iframe_root" data-tucalendi-options='{"domain":"bakerst.tucalendi.com/gandco/discovery-call"}'></div>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://widgets.tucalendi.com/assets/iframewidget_cf.js"></script>
    <!-- End TuCalendi Widget -->
