Brizy PRO Account Problems

Hi there,

we purchased a Brizy Pro Lifetime License in 2018, but suddenly we can no longer use any of the Pro functions. When we want to use the HTML Download or the server sync function, we are redirected to a pricing page. This also happens with the account we bought the Pro license with. 

Can someone please look at this problem and help us so we can use Brizy again?
