Hi, This is the old version built with Elementor. I had to publish that one because Brizy doesn’t work. Do you need my login? What do you need on my end? A

    Hi,

We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the WP credentials to this site? We have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?

    Best regards, Nelea.

Here are ......You guys really need to improve your customer support. There should be some sort of chat option, since it takes you forever to answer an email. Also, the fact that you can’t longer contact the customer support directly isn’t helpful. I knew from the beginning that you will need the login info, since this isn’t the first that your plugin crashed one of my sites. You really, reallyyy need to improve the way users can get in touch with you. A

    Hi,

P.S. Please, do not reply to non-reply@zendesk.brizy.io email address; your last message was received as spam and we had to recover it.

I see that my colleague already answered you regarding your issue.

    Best regards, Nelea.

    Hello Marija,

Unfortunatly I didn't receive your reply to my last request, so I will paste here my message too:

There are 2 problems in your dashboard:
    1. The PHP version should be increased at least to 7.2, your current version is 5.6;
    2. The Brizy PRO version is very old https://jmp.sh/57DDrVO the current one is 2.3.14; I removed the old version and upload the new plugin version.
Please update the PHP version first, then, activate both Brizy plugins.

Let me know if you have any other questions or issues.
    Regards, Natalia

    Hello Maria,

    Thank you for your reply.

I don't recommend to open an Elementor page with Brizy builder. In general, I don't recommend to use 2 different builders on the same page. It can generate a couple of issues including this one.

I've created a new page, only with Brizy, the builder works great - https://sn-printing.com/test/

    Regards, Natalia
