HELP: stucked in loading status

Hi!

I have brizy installed on a client website and it's stuck in the loading status, I already updated wordpress, brizy and brizy pro. I also tried deactivating all other plugins and no luck.

Pls help...

  Could you, please, check if you are using latest versions of Brizy Free 2.3.18 and Brizy Pro 2.3.14?

  Could you please send us a video or a screenshot with the problem you encounter?

  Yes the website works well but I cannot make edits since it is getting stuck in the loading status. Please see attached...
