HTML Export not downloading

Hey there!

I'm trying to download the HTML files of one of my sites, and after waiting for some minutes, the download doesn't start. It shows the 3 steps pop up like the download has already started, but it doesn't.

What could be wrong?

  Can you please give us more details? Can you send us some screenshots so we can see the problem? Did you check this in another browser? At the same time check if the adblocker is not messing up the download process for you and send us the link to you website. Hope to hear from you soon!

  Hey Doina,

  I just recorded a Loom video so you can see what I mean. It's uncut and it shows all the loading process also.

  I use no adblockers so that shouldn't be the problem. Also, I have downloaded several HTML files in the past without any issue.
