Contact Form stopped working

Our contact form has simply stopped working. The integrations vanish as though they were never there. This has happened twice in the last month since we started using Brizy. We don't know how many leads we have lost.

  Thank you for getting in touch with us.

  Could you, please, check if you are using the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.3.18 and Brizy Pro 2.3.14?

  Also, please try to re-create the form, duplicate the form the delete the old one.

  Yes, they are both updated. 

  I fixed the immediate issue and the form is working again. The problem is that the form has 2x stopped working for no known reason and without us knowing about it. It has cost us 1-2 weeks of leads at least.

  I fixed the Wordpress and Gmail configurations in the Brizy form. For some reason both were blank, even though I had already filled them out.
