Global sections not saving
I've exhausted everything to try and save a header and footer section global. When I toggle the switch I just get the spinning white circle.
Things I've tried so far
Deactivated all other plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro
Swapped to the 2021 WordPress Theme
Rollback Brizy and Pro plugins to a previous version
Cleared cache
Used incognito
Used a different browser
Increased the PHP memory limited up to 1024MB
Rolled back the PHP version from 7.4 to 7.3 and 7.1
Disabled ModSec
I've tried everything I can think of that would be causing this problem.
Does anyone else have any tips?
Thanks

Hi Ben,
Please make sure that you are using the latest Brizy plugin versions, which are 2.3.18 for Brizy free and 2.3.14 for Brizy Pro. Try to fully reinstall plugins (deactivate, remove, install again). Do you have the same problem?
Best regards, Nelea.

Hi Nelea
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling as per your instructions but unfortunately, this has not fixed the issue.
What do you suggest I try next?
Thanks

Hi Ben,
We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the WP credentials to this site? We have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?
Best regards, Nelea.

Hello Ben!
Natalia here, Brizy team.
I decided to write here my reply, in case you will not see our email from zendesk platform.
We managed to inspect the global saving issue and the problem is that, in your dashboard, the php_fileinfo extension is not enabled. You can find here - https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/1500000107181-How-do-I-install-Fileinfo- how to enable this extension. Or, please contact the hosting provider and ask them to enable it for you.
Please, send me a short update when you will have this extension in your wp dashboard.Thank you!
Regards. Natalia
