I tried to reproduce the problem but I could not do that, everything works fine on our end. If you deactivate all plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme, do you still have the same problem? Also, please see this video, it will help to understand more the carousel element, and read this article. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

Okay. Thanks, i thought that everything is indexed by your search engine and public to everyone.

I think something went wrong while migrating the account. I still get the emails to my old mailadress and my licenses doesn't show up. Are they still active?
