Can't access my favorite saved blocks or layouts

Can't access my favorite saved blocks or layouts from different servers and from local host as well. I have invested in Brizy Pro and Brizy cloud 2 years ago and still can’t relay on Brizy. Don’t get me wrong support is below overage. I can’t put down my customers and still testing Brizy for over 2 years. This is second request with no answer since 2 days ago. Brizy coming up with new ideas and don’t fix the problem that already exist, Bugged diamond slider indicator Blogging and so on. Thinking to sell my WP license.

  May I ask you more about mentioned issue with your saved blocks? 

  Do you have some errors on the saved blocks display? Can you add some screenshots for reference?

  Localhost, from server you don't see any and Brizy cloud, by the way how I can sell my wp pro licence.?

  I can't wait over a week to get my problem solved with your support. I was keeping my finger cross for 2 years now and still couldn't relay on Brizy almost every week some problems popping up.
