Syncing doesn't work

I have created the layout in the cloud, and tried to sync it to my website. But it does not work. When I signed in and clicked the button of sync now, nothing is showing.

And there is a message as below.

Your Plugin version is incompatible with Account version, please update plugin

Please solve this problem.

  Thank you for your video. Therefore in your video, I don't see your saved block, you should save it first then do the sync. Please see this video for more information.
