Replacing Brizy Free with Brizy Pro

I just purchased the Brizy Pro Freelance lifetime I and downloaded the ZIP folder. I have 2 questions. 1. How do I upload the ZIP files to my WP account? If I already have a website created with the free version, will replacing the free version with the pro version cause any issues with my website? Thanks!

  Thank you for purchasing the license! 

  You should run both plugin versions of Brizy Free and Brizy Pro. Both plugins should be activated.
