"YOUR EMAIL WAS NOT SENT"

Forms stopped functioning correctly. Getting this error:

"YOUR EMAIL WAS NOT SENT"

Configured via SMTP Amazon WorkMail.

Email still comes in and test email sends without issue. But the Brizy UX is broken. User sees huge red error, and is not redirected to confirmation page.

Please advise!

  Update: 

  After fumbling around for hours it turned out to be a server issue. Specifically, I recently updated my php and lost access required modules. I also needed to update mysql to match the new php.

  After resolving these issues, the form works just fine.
