I cannot update the changes on my website

Hi, I'm trying to save/update my website, but when I click on "update" it pops up a screen saying "This page needs a refresh. You’ve probably updated this page (or another page) in a different tab or browser."

I tried many times, in different browsers, closing all...but still the same.

I have the latest update of Brizy Free and Pro.

Could you give me an explanation why this could be happening?

  Apparently one of my colleagues is already helping you out and she created a ticket for you. Please ask all your questions there and give my colleague all the details that she will need.
