Urgent - Shortcodes are not working in popups!

Hello,

We wanted to use a formular in popups to collect leads. The form is displayed by a shortcode (this is working fine on a "normal" brizy-builder page. -> Picture 1 & 2)

 

The problem is, that in the popup only the shortcode is displayed and not the form... (Picture 3 &4).

 

We have all plugins and themes updated (including the brizy wordpress plugin).

What is the problem and how can we fix this?
