Menu issue - overlapping secondary drop down

The second menu item (Our Modalities) has a drop down item with a secondary drop down (indicated by an arrow).  The menu behaves as expected in the live editing section, but on the actual live page, the secondary dropdown covers up other menu items and makes it impossible to use the menu properly.

It may be unrelated, but it is also very difficult to get the mouse over to the drop down without it disappearing.

  Hello!

  I can't access your third-level menu items at all. 

  Please make sure that you are using the latest Brizy plugin versions, which are 2.3.18 for Brizy free and 2.3.14 for Brizy Pro.

  Try to fully reinstall plugins (deactivate, remove, install again)

  Clear the website cache and check your page again.

  Let me know the results.
