Brizy image burry on frontend but clear on editor

Hi, I'm on wass licence,  this is my website

this image (https://msupernova.10web.me/apparel-1/?brizy_media=wp-2b2cc17483d9f8529b22ea05df2ae4ba.jpeg&brizy_crop=iW%3D204%26iH%3D136%26oX%3D40%26oY%3D0%26cW%3D136%26cH%3D136&brizy_post=8) is very blurry on frontend, but editor is fine. is there anything I missed ?

  Hello Su,

  Thank you for your message!

  About your problem - does it only happen with this image? can you please show us what settings this element has? Are height and width set to 100%?  Also, please import one of the pre-made headers from our library and try replacing it with your image. Does it behave the same?

  Hi, as you can see from the above website, and also this image

  It's already  height and width set to 100%, so I guess there could be a bug. plz let me know how I can private message you, I will send you an admin account so you can help us take a look.

  Also, as Wass license do we have any sort of priority support like a dedicated Slack channel which some products offer?
