Broken media links - 404 need help!!! dead code 404 for missing images

Hello, can you help me! I have the problem whith broken links.
After site scanning I have about 22000 !!! 404 error links like this-



And when i try to optimize thrue brizy-optimize-images, there is abou 22000 images! but in media libruary maximum only about 100...
And if i try to push the button to optimize, there is about 99% of failed images
