Disable Horizontal scrolling

Hello

So I added a widget to my webpage.

While the entire widget fits on its designated space it scrolls from side to side. Now, this would be fine on Mac computers because the scroll bar disappears when you're not scrolling but on windows browsers, it is constantly there as an eye-sore.

I have tried everything to get rid of it but I can't. I need help.

  May I ask you which widget do you mean?
