Title Colour Being Overwritten On Page Template - Why?

I have created a page template in Brizy and applied it to some of the pages on the site. In particular the sub-pages under the 'Tours' menu. 

In the template, I have specified the site title to be gold, and in the preview it looks gold. However, when I look in the live version, the text is black.

I just want to keep it gold to match the rest of the site.
