Pop Up doesnt appear on mobile version / mobile phone

Hello 

i have a problem with the button to pop up function.

I have set this up for one of my pages. 

There is a button and a pop up should appear by clicking on it.

It works on the desktop version but not on mobile.

What can i do?

  Sorry for late reply, support is limited on weekends.

  I see there are buttons in different sections with the same text, but on click nothing happens on desktop as well. Are you sure you linked everything correctly?

  Hello Denis,

  everything is set up correct as far as i can see... it also works on my end on desktop. But 2 days ago there were 2 hours at afternoon where i couldnt see anything when clicking on the button aswell.
  
  But in the settings, everything is correct  :/

  Hi Kevin,

  Sorry for late reply.

  I just checked your website on desktop - now popups appear on button click. I tried to reproduce this case in our draft Cloud project - everything works correctly both on desktop and mobile devices.

  I also checked your website on mobile phone - popups appear on button click/touch as well. I've recorded video for you to show that everything works properly on your website: Video.
