Blocks aren't loading. Chrome. New User

I purchase Brizy this morning and am combining it with Blocksy. 

I have a starter site loaded from Blocksy, but there is no way to edit the blocks because they endless load as shown in the image below. I have tried refreshing and even re-installing WP. Nothing seems to work :(   I am assuming I need to be able to click that block to change the background image in the hero.

  Thank you for getting in touch with us.

  Please make sure that you are using the latest Brizy plugin versions, which are 2.3.18 for Brizy free and 2.3.14 for Brizy Pro. Try to fully reinstall  Brizy plugins (deactivate, remove, install again) Clear the website cache and check your page again. Also, you change the background image in the hero from the block settings, please see this video.
