'Message not sent' on contact form with file upload
Hi, I'm trying to figure out a way to get the file upload field working every time and a notification sent to an email address. The contact form has always worked until I added the file upload field where it works when it wants.
My client needs this to work so people can upload images of their damaged cars. I have been looking at this solidly now for two hours and still can't get it to work!
I have used Wordpress and SMTP to send mail. SMTP didn't work for me at all and Wordpress did, but very sporadically! Is there a way to get this to submit every time? I have also noticed that there is no indication that the file is uploading (progress bar) after choosing a file to upload. After clicking submit, I waited around 45 seconds just to see the error 'message not sent'. I have double checked my upload limit and made sure each file was below this limit.
Please Brizy, is this even possible? I have my login info ready for you to have a look at this. I also have all of the SMTP info if you need to check that method too.

If I understand correctly, the contact form sometimes doesn't work just where you have the "file upload" field, right? Do the other forms work stably?
btw: can you please confirm that we are talking about the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.3.18. and PRO 2.3.14? Once confirmed, I will create a private ticket for you and we will do some tests on your site. Thanks

I can confirm that I am running the latest brizy and brizy pro versions.
I actually only have one form on the site. And yes, the form was working everytime before I added the upload file field (client has had this on their site for over a year now). As I already mentioned, it works sporadically and almost when it wants to.
I have almost had every scenario possible happen after form submission.
1. Message sends and I receive an email with a link to view the image.
2. ‘Message not sent’ error message and receive an email with link to view image.
3. ‘Message not sent’ error message but received submission under leads in WP admin and no email to my email client.
4. Message not sent, no email and no submission in WP admin.
