Clients unable to open brizy cloud www.

Hello, thanks for your help. 

1. I am receiving inconsistent feedback from my clients who are trying to open my Brisy site within Australia and China.  Some can open and others can not..    https://zoodlecp.brizy.site/.   I can not see a reason for this and the status updates have not indicated any issues. Would it be a browser issue? Any help is greatly appreciated.

2. Recently all my videos on my www ceased working and I had to replace the imaging - did I miss a software change?

At that time I do not recall you had Brizy Cloud levels FREE & PRO. I assume my account is a  Brizy Cloud PRO account, can you confirm which Pro account >> Personal, Freelancer, Agency. 

3. I have been waiting for your Funnel functionality which is on your road map for late 2021. Can you give me an update on the launch date for funnels.

    Hi,

    Thank you for getting in touch with us.

    1. This problem may occur due to DNS, therefore is a global issue from that country, so we can not do anything in this case.
    2. We did not change anything in the builder, all videos should work fine, perhaps you have installed a new plugin and there is an incompatibility.
    3. You are an AppSumo Brizy Lifetime, your plan will not change, it will be forever the same. You can buy another Cloud Plan: Agency or Freelancer but your Appsumo Plan will remain.

    4. Funnels are not there yet in Brizy Cloud. There is still some way to go as we need to bring in other functionality in first. You can create a funnel right now, string some pages together, then put buttons or links that go to the next page, and you are done. Will not have the bells and whistles but it will work I think. At least until we bring in the Funnel functionality in the future.

    Thank you Nelea for your quick response. Just 1 question to clarify, My AppSumo Lifetime account - is that equivalent to the Brizy Cloud Personal Plan (value $79/yr) . If so, will the funnel functionality be included in that plan? Cheers Jillian A

    Hi,

    Yes, when the funnel functionality will be released then for sure it will be included in Appsumo Plan. In your AppSumo Lifetime account, you have 3 domains for Cloud +1 domain for WordPress and you don't pay anything for this. Therefore, Brizy Cloud Personal Plan has only 1 hosted domain in Cloud, with the value of 79/every year. So, Brizy Cloud Personal Plan and Appsumo ARE 2 different plans.
