  Hello, I'm having a similar issue in one of the accounts I'm collaborating, the monthly subscription is being paid, but suddenly the pro features are now block requiring a subscription which is already activated.

  Hi Jessica,

  The Personal Cloud monthly subscription for the account linked to the above project was active until December. The account no longer has a PRO subscription because the it was canceled on December 21, 2023.
