LTD account and 40% discount for Agency Cloud
Hi,
i have an LTD account with 15 cloud sites license for life, and can see the 40% discount available in my dashboard.
Questions:
1. If I buy the Cloud Agency plan via my LTD account, does that mean that I lose the LTD 15 cloud websites that i have for life? or does it mean that i keep those, and i also get the Agency Cloud plan separately?
2. The 40% discount, i checked by clicking, and the total amount, either per month or annual payment, does not make sense. If the total per year is 449euro, then a 40% off the total to be paid annually should be 269euro. But the total i see when i click on the discount offer plan is 325euro. Can you confirm, i don´t think the 40% is not being applied correctly by your system

1. Agency Cloud plan will have a separate account because there are technical considerations for the white label options that need to be applied to the Agency plan only so your current projects will not be influenced.
2. The discount is applied correctly but taxes are added to the price. This depends on the country where you are and is done automatically: https://paddle.com/support/which-countries-does-paddle-charge-vat-for/
