Contact form not sending to email address which I set up

Hello, Have a set up a "to email address" for my contact form but mails are not being delived. I can however see them in the leads.

  Regarding what you said, could you please give us more details regarding how did you configure the form? What integration/server did you use? Could you please send us some screenshots? Could you please send us the URL link of the page where we can check this problem? Also, could you try to connect the form with another email? Did you check also in the spam? Thank you.
