404, Author template and archives element not working

Author template is not working: https://turjoman.boringbooks.net/?page_id=364&um_user=aya+nabih

Archives element is not working too(this is a tag page): https://turjoman.boringbooks.net/?tag=%d8%aa%d8%a7%d8%b1%d9%8a%d8%ae

ALSO, I have posted about this 2 months ago and it is still not fixed in Brizy!

  Thank you for getting in touch with us.

  I just checked your website and everything works well. See here. Could you, please, check if you are using the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.3.18 and Brizy Pro 2.3.14? Then please check if you still have the same problem.

  Please check the links that I already posted, you checked the homepage only which is working fine but these other pages I mentioned are NOT working fine. And yes Brizy and Brizy are updated.
