Brizy template can't working.

Hi,

I'm using Brizy template for admin pages( https://help.wpultimo.com/article/305-creating-custom-admin-pages-and-sub-pages-using-wp-ultimo-admin-page-creator ).

But now all of them are not working, only show text, all CSS is missing.

I think maybe cause Display Conditions, But there is no Conditions for admin pages.

How can I fix it? Or I can't use Brizy template anymore?

  Hello!

  Please make sure that you are using the latest Brizy plugin versions, which are 2.3.17 for Brizy free and 2.3.13 for Brizy Pro.

  Try to fully reinstall plugins (deactivate, remove, install again)

  Clear the website cache and check your page again.

  After it, go to Settings --> Permalinks and push the save button. In general WordPress settings, I mean.

  Let me know the results.

  Hello!

  I have the same problem. I was following a template tutorial video, created one template just fine. Display conditions were there to use. 

  For the second template that I am trying to create - the display conditions disappeared. Now they are not showing for the the first template either. 

  To fix this I disabled  all plugins except for Brizy and Brizy pro, cleared the browser cache.

  Brizy Version 2.4.13

  Brizy Pro Version 2.4.12

  I really don't want to do the install/reinstall thing. Is there a bug in the software?

  Hi Mari,

  Can you do a few compatibility checks?  

  1. Are you using WordPress 5.9 or above? https://jmp.sh/iqlQrFw
  2. Are you using PHP 7.4 or above https://jmp.sh/XrkFgLV
  3. Are you using a theme compatible with Brizy? Twenty Twenty One and these themes work well with Brizy https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners Please change your theme to one of these and check if the problem persists
  4. Do you have a plugin which is incompatible with Brizy? If none of the above helps, please deactivate one plugin at a time and check if the problem persists.

  If you are not able to find a solution, please get back to us; we will need access to your WordPress Dashboard to fix this problem for you.

  I used it the conditions just fine for the first template. Everything was there

  The theme is Astra

  I already tried to deactivate all plugins besides Brizy. 

  Everything is up to date. PHP 7.4, WP is last version.
