WP Plugin problem

Hello, main page on my website doesn't load now (made with Brizy). 

Hosting support was tested it and gave reply:

You are welcome Alexander, upon reviewing the domain logs, it seems like there is an issue with the plugin brizy

Here is what is being displayed:

  Hi Alexander,

  Please try to fully reinstall Brizy Free and Pro plugins (deactivate, remove, install again),  make sure that you will have the latest Brizy plugin versions, which are 2.3.17 for Brizy free and 2.3.13 for Brizy Pro, then please clear the website cache and check your page again. Then, is the problem still persists please disable all plugins, except Brizy, and check again. Let me know if it works.
